We have been manufacturing carpet underlay for over 22 years and are considered a full-scale recycler. If you join our team, your work will ensure people across the world have a little more comfort in their lives. As a Fabrication Maintenance you will have the opportunity to assist the maintenance department and/or the maintenance mechanics by creating, maintain, and repair the electrical and electronic components and equipment used in any equipment or device. Assist in mechanical task along with electrical. You may also perform other tasks as assigned. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by ensuring that the machinery and facility runs efficiently. The team you will be working with collaborates to ensure that projects are completed in a timely manner. So, what will you be doing as a Fabrication Maintenance? Repairs, modifies, designs, lays out, or fabricates (with or without blueprints). Cuts, fits, and welds metal using gas and electric welding equipment; performs skilled brazing and soldering; and uses a variety of machines, such as power saws, grinders, and drills, in completing work. Interpret prints, drawings, plans, or job write-ups and apply fabrication or welding techniques to complete projects. Assist mechanics in production repairs/installation, and removal of equipment. Maintain clean and organized work area. Special projects/duties as assigned by maintenance supervisor. To be successful in this role, you'll need: High school diploma or equivalent Must have good communication skills. Must be able to read, write, and do advanced math. Must be detail oriented and well organized. Must be able to change from one task to another frequently. Must be able to lift weights up to 50 pounds. Operational knowledge of common hand, power, and industrial tools. Maintain equipment and do basic repairs as needed. Available to work on required Saturday's. Civil Engineer – Field Operations

Description Under general supervision, performs professional engineering work related to the construction, inspection and maintenance of roadway resurfacing, sidewalk repairs, and guardrail installation to ensure safety, structural integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards. Examples of Duties Serves as Project Field Engineer for contracted services such as sidewalk repairs, guardrail installations, and roadway resurfacing. Develops and manages procurement of contracted services for field related work projects. Estimate plans for bidding & construction of services, administers contracts, inspect the work of contractors, and approve provisional payments. Reviews and manages project financial information to keep projects on budget and on schedule. Knowledge of/experience in open enclosed drainage systems. Does related work as assigned. Typical Qualifications Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree with coursework in civil engineering, or related field and equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential duties of the position. Responsibilities Job Summary: Produces hydraulic components utilizing the following processes: subassembly, assembly, acceptance testing and finishing (Final-out). Major Accountabilities: Will be responsible for building, and finishing (final out) hydraulic components by using engineering drawings, assembly & engineering/industry specifications. Accurately record as-processed documentation, e.g. assembly work records and acceptance test data sheets Proficiently use and train others in the use of measuring tools (e.g. OD & ID Micrometers, height gages, dial calipers, optical flats, etc.). Takes the initiative to build and assemble components by reading assembly instructions, engineering drawings and written instructions. Proficient in the understanding of Triumph Actuation Systems-Clemmons procedures and paper work system. Meets production deadlines by following correct procedures without supervision. Troubleshoot, build and repair production units. Contribute to team effort, work safely, and maintain a positive attitude, by learning procedures, following the leadership of your team leader, and training others with less experience Qualifications Physical Requirements: Work may require bending, carrying up to 40 lbs. Sitting or standing up to a minimum for eight hours per day Minimum Education Required: High school diploma or GED. Minimum Years of Experience Required: Two years in aviation maintenance, military, or manufacturing.
